Bone Lee® Gourmet Hot Sauce Chicken Wings
1 lb of Chicken Wings
2 oz (1/4 cup) Bone Lee® Hot Sauce
2 oz Butter
This is a simple 1:1 ratio of Hot Sauce and Butter. (Adjust to taste)
After cooking your Chicken Wings to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit (72 degrees Celsius), toss them in a large bowl with the butter and Bone Lee® Hot Sauce.
I cooked these on the grill and tossed them in the casserole pot that had the Butter and Hot Sauce waiting at room temperature.
